Hello! I know, is Monday… but let’s start the week the best we can.
Today I want to talk about one concern, that I’m pretty sure every women have once in a while: How to get the perfect look… A daily dilemma!
What happens when you stand up in front of the mirror and you don’t like the way you look? Something is wrong, you don’t know exactly what it is but you start feeling bad, and you thought it would be a perfect day. Immediately negative thoughts come to your mind: I am getting old, I look fat, I don’t like my hair …
It doesn’t mean that you need to look like a model on the runway or get a red carpet look, but since getting dressed is a necessity, why don’t we do it the best we can? Remember that our image is a reflection of who we are and how we want others to perceive us and the message we want to send. Your image should be in accordance with your lifestyle. I suggest you take a few minutes to prepare your outfit the day before, think about all the activities and appointments you have during the day, and dress for the most important one. It helps to allow yourself enough time to get ready, and avoid the panic of searching your closet for something to wear (surely your closet is full of clothes). An important step to achieve the look you want is to know your body type and the colors that work best for you.
To get a great look and define your style, it is important to take your time to examine yourself piece by piece to achieve a beautiful WHOLE. You need to take a look at every part of yourself and discover the parts that you like and those you would like to change. Maybe you don’t like your hairstyle anymore or you see some spots on your face… Write down on a piece of paper all those things and step by step you can start working to improve them to reveal the most gorgeous YOU. You’ll see that if you enhance the parts that you like and minimize or improve what you don’t like, your life will change, because you’re going to feel more confident, your self-esteem will grow and with that you’ll have everything.
These days we live in a world full of fashion and beauty, where perfection is the most important, but you need to be conscious that perfection is relative- – you don’t have to turn into a fashion victim or buy all the expensive looks that you see advertised. If you can do it… great, you are lucky! But remember, you need to get your OWN look, the look that really works for you in order to feel wonderful, stunning, confident in every moment and reflect your real personality.
Start working! Sometimes a few changes can make a big difference.

¡Hola!, ya se, es lunes, pero empecemos la semana lo mejor que podamos.
Hoy quiero hablar acerca de una preocupacion que estoy segura toda mujer experimenta de vez en cuando: ¿Qué me pongo? ¿Cómo tener un buen look?…El dilema de todos los dias. Qué pasa cuando te paras frente al espejo y simplemente no te convence como te ves? Algo no esta bien, no sabes exactamente que es pero inmediatamente comienzas a sentirte mal, estabas segura que sería un día perfecto. Es entonces cuando pensamientos negativos surgen en tu cabeza: creo que estoy envejeciendo, me veo gorda, definitivamente no me gusta mi pelo… En realidad no se trata de lucir como una modelo sobre la pasarela o tener un “red carpet look”; pero si el vestirnos diariamente representa una necesidad, ¿por qué no echarle ganas y hacerlo lo mejor que podamos? Recuerda que nuestra imagen es el reflejo de lo que somos y como queremos ser percibidos, así como el mensaje que deseamos transmitir a los demás.
Tu imagen debe estar acorde a tu estilo de vida. Te sugiero tomarte un par de minutos la noche anterior para preparar tu vestimenta. Piensa en las actividades y/o citas que tendrás durante el día y vístete para la más importante. Esto te permitirá estar lista a tiempo, evitando caer en pánico por las prisas al buscar y buscar en tu clóset y no encontrar algo que ponerte. (Te aseguro que tu clóset esta repleto de ropa y buenas opciones) Un paso importante y fundamental para conseguir un buen look, es conocer tu tipo de cuerpo, tu fisionomía y los colores que más te favorecen.
Es importante que tomes un tiempo para examinarte ( física e internamente), parte por parte, para poder lograr una integración al ir analizando aquellos detalles que te gustan de ti misma, así como ir modificando aquellos que te incomoden o deseas cambiar. Quizás tu corte o color de pelo es el que ya no te hace sentir bien o haz descubierto algunas manchas en tu rostro…en fin, escribe en una hoja de papel o donde tú prefieras, todos esos detalles para que poco a poco puedas ir trabajando en mejorarlos y lograr terminar esa gran obra maestra ¡TU! Verás que con tan solo resaltar tus atributos y minimizar o mejorar aquello que no te gusta, tu vida cambiará, generarás más confianza en ti mismo elevando tu autoestima; con eso conseguirás todo lo que te propongas. Hoy en día vivimos en un mundo rodeado de moda y belleza por todos lados, donde la perfección se muestra como lo más importante, pero debemos estar conscientes de que la perfección es relativa. Definitivamente no necesitamos convertirnos en víctimas de la moda o comprar todos aquellos modelitos caros que aparecen en las revistas, con poco podemos lograr mucho, desde luego que si puedes hacerlo, adelante, ¡que suerte!, pero recuerda que lo más importante es tener tu propio estilo con el que te identifiques y te haga sentir cómoda y sobre todo que te funcione simplemente para hacerte sentir espectacular, que refleje tu verdadera personalidad con confianza en todo momento. ¡Comienza a trabajar! A veces con tan solo pequeños cambios se puede lograr una gran diferencia.
