I can assure that I am super into flare pants! Can you relate? If you are a fashionista and you enjoy playing around with trends, I’m sure you have tried them and maybe even love them! It’s amazing to see how trends come back and the way our grandmothers and mothers were wearing wide leg pants during their time and totally rocking the style.
These super flare jeans I am wearing are so cool, they are high-waisted and super stretchy which I love because that makes them comfy and most importantly, figure flattering.
To give retro and 70’s vibes to my look, I played with volume and lengths by adding a long fringe cardigan. This is a good way to show movement and fluidity when wearing any kind of flared trousers, jeans… But keep in mind that if the style you’re wearing is kind of bulky is better to avoid adding extra volume with a wide or oversized top, that way you will in maintain the right balance.
The best thing about flare jeans is the versatility. You can style them for work with a button down shirt, a turtle neck + a three-quarter-length trench coat or blazer, your favorite tee, or a silk blouse and a jacket. The possibilities are endless but it’s important to wear super flare pants according to your lifestyle so the look you create ( retro, bohemian, modern, hippie, etcetera) should match with your personality. That way you will feel you and not you, wearing a costume.
What Shoes To Wear With Flare Jeans:
When looking for the right bottoms to pair your chunky heels with, this style of jeans is perfect. So grab your platforms, clogs, and you’ll see how your legs look a mile long. With the pair of jeans I’m wearing, I chose platform high heel boots. And when I looked in the mirror, I was surprised to see the clear illusion of height and long legs that wide leg pants create. Check that the hem of my jeans allows you to cut it shorter if needed. However, my recommendation before doing this is to try them with a couple different pairs of shoes and then adjust them according to the shoes you plan to wear because once you cut them, there’s no going back. Also, it would be helpful if when you go shopping, looking for flare pants you take a pair of shoes with you.
So if you haven’t looked for women flare pants at the store, you should! Because they will be the way-to-go during this year and you are gonna enjoy wearing them. They are fun and perfect to stay on point this season and make a statement.

¿Quien mas está a favor de los pantalones acampanados? Estoy segura que si eres una fashionista, que disfruta jugar con las tendencias ya te probaste unos cuantos. Es increible como la moda se repite y el saber que posiblemente tu abuela o tu mamá lucían a todo este estilo me parece algo maravilloso.
Estos jeans pata de elefante están lo máximo! Son de cintura alta y de tela strecth. Eso me gusta por que los hace muy comodos pero sobre todo favorecedores a la silhueta. Para dar ese estilo retro y vibra setentera a mi look estoy jugando con el volumen y longitud al incorporar un cardigan largo y con flecos en la manga. Esto es una buena manera de dar movimiento cuando llevas pantalones de este tipo. Pero es importante tener presente que si el estilo que llevas es ancho o con volumen, sera mejor no optar por tops muy grandes, holgados u oversized. La idea es mantener un balance.
Puedes llevar tus jeans acampanados con una camisa de botones, un cuello de tortuga + un trench o saco 3/4 de largo, tu playera favorita o blusa de seda con una linda chamarra. Hay miles de opciones, lo mas importante es lucirlos de acuerdo a tu estilo de vida. Es decir, si creas un look ya sea retro, bohemio, moderno, hippie…, debe ir con tu personalidad, de lo contrario no te sentirás tu, sino tú llevando un disfraz.
¿Qué zapatos usar con pantalones acampanados?
Para este tipo de pantalones, los zapatos de plataforma son una muy buena opción, todos aquellos con tacon ancho y tosco. Notarás como tus piernas se verán mega largas y estilizadas. Yo opté por unos botines con tacón y plataforma muy alta y al verme en el espejo me sorprendi del efecto visual de altura que habia logrado. Checa como el dobladillo de mis jeans me permite cortarlos si lo deseo, sin embargo te recomiendo que no lo hagas hasta que te los pruebes con diferentes opciones de calzado y tengas en mente los zapatos con los que te los pondras. Porque nena, una vez cortados no hay marcha atrás. ( checa las opciones de zapatos que compartí) Tambien ayuda llevar contigo los zapatos que deseas al momento de ir de compras.
Así que si aun no te haz dado a la tarea de buscar unos buenos pantalones o jeans acampanados, ¿que esperas? Porque te aseguro que disfrutarás llevándolos y creando looks con ellos. Son divertidos y perfectos para lucir a todo esta temporada.
