Summer is just around the corner and the weather is getting warmer and warmer, and that just makes me think about refreshing drinks. Today I want to share with you 3 of my favorite fresh smoothie recipes I’ve been drinking lately. Not only are they perfect for this weather, but they’re super easy to make and taste delicious. Not excuses because they are fast and easy to make.
I am sure you are aware of the power of blending and juicing, both are beneficial in different ways, so you can alternate and explore the benefits both provide to your overall health. This fruit smoothie is one of my favorites, very fresh and delicious.
SERVINGS: 1 (double ingredients for more)
1 cup of chopped strawberries
2 peeled and chopped kiwis
2 tablespoons of sugar or stevia
2 cups of ice
Combine the strawberries, kiwis, sugar, and ice. Blend them together until smooth. You can add more or less sugar according to your taste or even add stevia to prevent the extra calories. Then pour into your cups and enjoy!

1/2 cup of water
1 cup of ice
3 to 4 teaspoons of sugar, honey, or stevia.
Start by peeling, seeding, and chopping your cucumbers. Then blend them with the lime juice, water, ice, and sugar until smooth. Be ready to love this fresh smoothie !
3. CHERRY-VANILLA SMOOTHIE
Last but not least we have the cheery and vanilla smoothie. If you are more into sweet and fresh drinks, you will love this one.
SERVINGS: 2
1 1/2 cups of pitted cherries
1 1/4 cups of milk can be soy, rice, almond, etc.
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 cup of ice
