Do you know that colors play an important role in the development of our image and personality?. The colors we wear often reflect our mood, and each color has a special meaning and connotation.
Without a doubt, a color analysis is the best way to know which colors match our natural coloring and lifestyle. How many times have you been told that you look different, or fantastic and you don’t know why or what it is? Simply you are wearing a color that looks very good on you, enhancing and making you shine. On the other hand, the wrong color can make you look older or without vitality.
I will share with you in general terms some helpful tips that I always recommend to my clients when choosing colors to wear. Here we go:– If the color you choose is not your best color, you can still wear it below the waist and use it for 80% of your outfit but be sure you choose a color that suits you and highlights your features for the other 20%. Wear it near the face.
-If you are not sure what color to start with, try choosing a color that creates contrast or simple repetition. For example if you have blond hair try yellow or gold for repetition, or black or navy blue for contrast.
It is important to know whether your colors are warm or cool tones.
– Here is an easy way to determine whether you have a cool or warm skin tone, but I want to emphasize that could be error in visual perception. Take a look at your veins. With natural light, carefully observe your wrists. If you notice that your veins are blue, your hue is cool and if they look green you have warm tones. It doesn’t mean that you can’t wear cool colors if you have warm skin tone or vice versa, but knowing this, you can achieve a better look. For example in my case, I know that I have warm skin tone and gray is not my best color, but I love it. In order to prevent the color gray from detracting from my features I could add a red scarf to balance the effect of this color on me.
Let’s talk about the most important colors and best combinations: First we have the primary colors: red, yellow and blue (pure colors)
Please don’t hesitate to contact me for a color analysis or any other service (www.vaneberlin.com) I would be happy to orientate you.
-AMARILLO: transmite felicidad, esperanza y confianza.
