The process is very easy, basically there are 3 important steps:
1- After you’ve brushed your teeth and flossed, you need to create your dental impressions by mixing the base paste with the catalyst paste, once they are completely blended you just place them in the trays and mold them to get both impressions (top and bottom teeth) This process take less than 15 minutes. You should carefully read the instructions guide that come with the package and see how easy it is.

2- The next step is to send the impressions to the lab in a prepaid envelope that comes in the kit. Just wait for no more than 3-5 work days to get your impressions back, and you’re ready to use them and start with the magic!

3- It’s amazing! The trays that I received are exaclty like the ones a dentist would make. My impressions fit perfectly! I started with the whitening procedure, brushing my teeth just with water. It’s better to not use flouride toothpaste to avoid slowing down the whitening process.

I started filling my trays with a thin line of teeth whitening gel, and kept them on for around 30 mins to 3 hours. It depends on the sensitivity and the effect you want to achieve. But you can do it gradually: first time 30-45 minutes and increasing the time every procedure.

The best thing is that you can do any activity that you like at the comfort of your home, while the product is working to give you an incredible result.

Then, I washed and dryed my trays to proceed with the desensitizing gel because this is scientifically proven to reduce tooth sensitivity, that a whitening process can sometimes cause. I kept them on for around 10 minutes. I didn’t rinse my mouth after that, because I wanted to make sure it was still working for a couple of minutes. It depends on your teeth sensitivity, but you’ll feel very comfortable with the process after using this gel.

It’s important to wash your trays with water and dry them with a tissue or a q’tip after every whitening procedure, to keep them in a good condition.

You can do the procedure everyday or every other day, until you achieve the desired result. It totally depends of the staining of your teeth. In my case I only did twice and here is the result:
