We are in the middle of summer. To look feminine and fresh, wear pastels, the colors of summer, that will make you look spectacular!
This time I’m wearing an everyday look, very simple and breezy outfit for vacation time. I matched a pair of mint jeans with a soft pink blouse and statement necklace to harmonize the look. Love mixing different colored pastels. I decided to go with platform shoes to make it a more casual look, but a good option could also be nude heels to turn it into a more dressy style.There are many options to style pastels. For instance, how about a totally black outfit with a soft mint, pink or lavender blazer? It looks stunning.
Another option is to match pastels with floral prints, such as pairing pastel pants with a floral cardigan, or vice versa. Use your creativity to achieve a great look, but keep in mind the following tips to make it work:
-Avoid a monochromatic pastel look. If you are wearing the same color in the whole equipment, you might look too plain and boring. Mix and match with neutrals and different textures to achieve a sophisticated and eye catching look.
-Never wear pastels with dramatic makeup, chose natural makeup colors to harmonize the whole look. Also, don’t use the same color as your clothes. Blue eye shadow with a baby blue outfit isn’t cute.
-Don’t overload your look with too many feminine accessories like lace or beads unless you want to look like cotton candy or an Easter egg.Pastels are romantic and girly colors but remember less is more.
– If you don’t feel confident or comfortable wearing pastels, a good way to start playing and introducing these colors to your wardrobe could be with accessories like a scarf, necklace, belt or even in your nails.
– Choose a pastel color to wear close to your face that complements your skin tone. If it is not your best color, it’s better to wear it at the botton of your outfit.
Many designers are incorporating this colors in their collection for this year. It’s definitely a trend to try, so dare to wear pastels and have fun mixing and matching!

Hola! Súper contenta de estar de nuevo con ustedes.
Estamos a mitad del verano, para lucir fresca y femenina, ¿que tal vestir en tonos pasteles?, ¡los colores del verano, te harán verte espectacular!
En esta ocasión llevo un look casual y del diario, un outfit sencillo y fresco para esta temporada de vacaciones. Combiné unos jeans en color menta con una playera rosa suave y un colorido collar para armonizar el look. Me encanta mezclar diferentes colores pastel.
Opté por unos zapatos de plataforma para crear un look más casual, pero una buena opción podría ser también tacones en color beige o color carne para convertirlo en un estilo un poco más elegante.
Hay muchas opciones para vestir con estos tonos. Por ejemplo, ¿qué tal un outfit totalmente negro con un saco color menta suave o lavanda? Se ve increíble.
Otra opción es combinar pasteles con estampados florales, como unos pantalones (en cualquier color pastel) y un cardigan floreado o viceversa. Usa tu creatividad para lograr un gran look, pero toma en cuenta los siguientes consejos para lograrlo:
-Evita un look monocromático en tono pastel. Si estas usando el mismo color en todo el equipo, este puede lucir demasiado simple y aburrido. Mezcla y combina con tonos neutros y diferentes texturas para lograr un look sofisticado y llamativo.
-Nunca vistas colores pastel con un maquillaje dramático, elige colores naturales para armonizar el look completo. También evita llevar el mismo color que tu ropa. Sombras azules para ojos con un outfit azul suave no luce muy bien.
-No sobrecargues tu look con accesorios femeninos como encajes, lentejuelas o cuentas, al menos que quieras verte como un algodón de azúcar o un huevo de Pascua. Los pasteles son colores románticos y femeninos, pero recuerda que menos es más.
-Si no te sientes segura y cómoda vistiendo estos colores, una buena manera de empezar jugando e introduciendo estos tonos a tu guardarropa puede ser con accesorios como una mascada, un collar, cinturón o incluso en tus uñas.
-Elige un tono pastel que te guste para llevarlo cerca de tu rostro, pero que complemente tu tono de piel. Si no es tu mejor color, es mejor llevarlo en la parte de abajo de tu outfit.
Muchos diseñadores han incorporado estos colores en sus colecciones este año. Es definitivamente una tendencia a probar, por lo tanto ¡atrévete a vestir en colores pasteles y diviértete al mezclarlos y combinarlos!
